A typical cereal of our region, einkorn has been cultivated for more than 9,000 years on our lands of Provence. It is the ancestor of wheat and all other cereals.

Can be cooked in salad or as an accompaniment to your meat or fish. It can replace any cereal.

Einkorn is local and authentic, it stands out for its low gluten content, but it is rich in magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins.

In principle, the einkorn is cooked in 40 minutes.
